By downloading, installing or using the Still Stories app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("we", "our", "us").
The App is listed on the App Store under our founder's personal developer account, but IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI runs the service and is responsible for your data.
Still Stories writes, illustrates and narrates bedtime stories about your child. It uses AI services to make the story text, the pictures and the narration.
The App is made for parents and guardians of children aged 2 to 12. You must be 18 or older, and legally able to enter a contract, to create an account. The App is for you to use. Children should only use it with a parent or guardian supervising.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us right away at support@withstill.co. Give accurate information when you create your account and your children's profiles, and keep it up to date.

When you add a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian. You also agree that the details you give about them are used to make their stories, as our Privacy Policy explains.
Still Stories has a free plan and two paid plans, Plus and Family. Story limits are for your whole account, shared by all of your children:
Every plan includes pictures, narration and up to 4 child profiles.
Paid plans are bought and billed through the Apple App Store, under Apple's terms:
Prices can differ by country. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you buy. We may change prices for future billing periods, with reasonable notice.
Some plans may come with a free trial for new subscribers. Apple shows the trial length and the price before you confirm. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Apple charges you for the plan and it renews as described above. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the rest of the trial ends.
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple. You can ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not give refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.
Stories, pictures and narration are made by AI. Stories and pictures go through automated safety checks before you see them. Even so, AI can get things wrong:
Stories, pictures and narration made for your child are for your family's personal use. You may share them with family and friends, for example with the Share button in the App. You may not sell them or use them for business without our permission.
The App, its design and its technology belong to IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for what it is made for. This means the permission is only for you, you cannot pass it on to anyone else, and we can withdraw it.
You may not:
We may refuse, change or remove content, and suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
On the Family plan, Voice Circle can turn recordings of up to 3 adult family members, such as a parent or a grandparent, into story voices. We use a story voice only to read bedtime stories to your family. Our Privacy Policy explains what ElevenLabs may do with the recording.
To make stories, the App uses AI services from Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs and OpenAI. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and to the terms of these companies where they apply. We are not responsible for services run by other companies. Our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the App will always be available, error-free or secure. AI-made content can be imperfect, so please check stories before or while your child hears them.
To the fullest extent the law allows, IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI against any claims, damages or costs caused by your misuse of the App or by your breaking these Terms. This means you, not we, would cover those costs.
You can stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account in Settings, or by emailing support@withstill.co. Deleting your account removes your account and everything in it, including your children's profiles and their stories. This cannot be undone. It does not cancel your Apple subscription (see section 5).
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. When your access ends, your right to use the App ends right away.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about important changes in the App or by email. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
