By downloading, installing, or using the Still Stories mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("we", "our", "us").
Still Stories is intended for use by parents and legal guardians to create personalized bedtime stories for children in their care. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to create an account. Children may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@withstill.co if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
Still Stories offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Plus and Family). Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store according to Apple's standard terms:
Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency before purchase. We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Stories, illustrations, and narration generated for your child are owned by you for personal, non-commercial use within your household. You may not:
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your child (name, age, interests, fears). By providing this information, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to its use for story personalization as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the App to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, sexual, or otherwise harmful. We use automated and human moderation to enforce content safety and reserve the right to refuse, modify, or remove content and to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
If you choose to use the voice cloning feature, you represent that the voice you record is your own (or you have explicit permission from the voice owner) and that the voice belongs to an adult. You may delete voice profiles at any time from the App.
The App integrates with third-party AI services (Anthropic, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) to generate content. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms and the applicable third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we use automated safety measures, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. Parents are responsible for reviewing content before reading it to their child. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDATA YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen or by contacting support@withstill.co. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
